It’s easy to promise the world – but who can deliver?

Based in Brighton and working in and around the Brighton and Hove area, Compass Homecare was formed in response to the most common complaints heard throughout the care sector. If you or a loved one has received care before, you’ve likely heard one of the following statements:

• “I never know who they’re sending me”

• “I don’t know what time my carer is coming”

• “People don’t communicate with me properly”

We’ve adopted a way of working that offsets the above issues – all our care and support staff are chosen and matched with service users based on suitability and individual preference. The arrangements are consistent, one-to-one, and long-term; meaning that a service user will always know who is coming to see them and when they’re coming.
